On 7, 11 and 14 March 2014 Year 11 students completed their second Hospitality and Catering three hour controlled exam based on the theme of International cuisine. 

Their brief:
“The local hotel in your area is holding an international week. As the trainee chef you have been invited to take part and have been asked to prepare a three-course meal from a country of your choice.”

The finished tables were stunning. Well done to them all!
