Show me:
This year, 5 Year 12 students Entered the 2017 Cambridge Chemistry Challenge. The Challenge involves sitting an extremely challenging exam paper designed to stretch their thinking about chemistry by applying the knowledge they have gained during study at A level, to new areas.
Tackling the paper provides a good opportunity to develop some of the skills required for university and beyond. The questions posed, often stimulate much debate on an enthusiasm for chemistry, raising awareness of what the subject is all about and the questions are designed to be interesting but challenging, being based on real and relevant chemistry topics.
Archie Reed Received a Gold Award which put him in the top 5% of entrants. Emma Dolphin and Adam Davison both received Silver Awards. Oakem Kyne and Tim Bakare received a Bronze awards.
Well done to all 5 of you!
